You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens.
(and visit your best friend in Edmonton, at least twice in one month)
One of the best things that I’ve gotten to appreciate lately about being a photographer is how it brings new people in to my life. It has been so nice over the past two years to meet and get to know so many new people, hear everybody’s unique stories, and gain new perspective.
These two amazed me with how relaxed they were about their wedding plans, something that I definitely need to soak up for my own wedding planning! I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to see it- at the end of the day, they were together and that’s what mattered most. I hope you can feel that happy love in the photos.
I wish them so much happiness!
Thanks to Eileen for shooting beside me that day 🙂
There’s just something about driving down the lane way to Grandma and Grandpa’s that makes you feel immediately safe. Unchanging. Full of love. Calm.
I took these of my sister when we were both able to make it there this August (in time for the raspberries to be “picked”).
Here’s to feeling grounded.
